Wichtige News für die TCM am Red Bull Ring.

1. Liebe Serienverantwortliche!
    
   Im Anhang darf ich euch noch einige Dokumente für die Abnahmen übermitteln.
    
   Für jene unter euch, die die Abnahme selbst machen:
   Bitte das Formular „Bestätigung Lizenzkontrolle“ ausfüllen und am Freitag im Race Office abgeben.
   Den Laufzettel bekommt der Fahrer bei der administrativen Abnahme mit und wird dann bei der technischen Abnahme abgegeben.
   Solltet ihr eigene Formulare für das haben, könnt ihr diese natürlich verwenden. Inhaltlich sollten sie gleich sein.
   Bitte sammelt die Lizenzen euerer Teilnehmer ein und bringt diese ebenfalls mit zur Dokumentenübergabe. Wir müssen die Unterschriften auf der Lizenz und den Dokumenten kontrollieren.
    
   Um die Startlisten vorzubereiten und alles ordnungsgemäß kontrollieren zu können,
   wäre uns sehr geholfen wenn die Dokumente und Lizenzen bis spätestens 13:00 bei uns im Race Office einlangen.
    
    
   Zur Erinnerung – die Zeiten der Driver – Briefings:
    
   Friday, 3rd of June:
   10:20 Uhr: BossGP
   12:00 Uhr: Clio Cup, Twingo Cup, TCR Eastern Europe
   13:00 Uhr: Suzuki Cup Europe
   14:00 Uhr: FIA CEZ GT & Eset, Endurance, P9 + SCC
   18:15 Uhr: FIA CEZ Formula
   Location: Drivers Briefing Room (access via staircase 2)
   Die Drivers Briefings findet ihr ebenfalls in den Anhängen.
   Bei Bedarf können ich sie noch abändern.
    
    
   Das Bulletin Nr.1 wurde heute bei der AMF eingereicht. Dieses dient nur als Vorabinfo da noch nicht genehmigt.
    
    
   Falls ihr Fragen habt, stehe ich euch gerne zur Verfügung.
    
    
    
   Dear series organisers!
    
   Please find attached some documents for the scrutineering and the briefings.
    
   For those of you who do the scrutineering yourselves:
   Please fill in the form “Confirmation of licence check” and hand it in at the Race Office on Friday.
   The rider will receive the “Laufzettel” at the administrative scrutineering and it will be handed in at the technical scrutineering.
   If you have your own forms for this, you can of course use them. The content should be the same.
   Please collect the licences of your participants and bring them with you to the handover of documents. We need to check the signatures on the licence and the documents.
    
   In order to prepare the start lists and to be able to check everything properly,
   it would be very helpful if the documents and licences arrive at the Race Office by 13:00 at the latest.
